Yoga classes in the village hall have now restarted.
Monday evenings at 18:30-19:45 £10 per class. Classes are quite gentle and are suitable for adults of any age.
Our teacher, Alison, has been doing yoga for around 40 years and qualified as a teacher in 2008. She calls her yoga ‘Yoga for Every Body’. The classes are gentle, and include poses and movement, breathing and relaxation.
Numbers are limited so booking in advance is essential. You’ll get an email confirmation with details about the class
and what to bring etc.
