Yoga classes in the village hall have now restarted.
Monday evenings at 18:30-19:45 £10 per class. Classes are quite gentle and are suitable for adults of any age.
In these covid times we are limited to 6 students and so booking (by email, see below ) is essential. There are usually a few spaces.
We have a new teacher (Alison). She has been doing yoga for around 40 years and qualified as a teacher in 2008. She calls her yoga ‘Yoga for Every Body’. The classes are gentle, and include poses and movement, breathing and relaxation.
