Rodmell Parish Council Special Meeting to be held in Rodmell Village Hall on Monday 22nd February 2010 at 7.00pm.

2. Disclosure of Interests
To receive any disclosure by members of personal interests in matters on the agenda, the nature of the interest and whether the member regards the interest as prejudicial under the terms of the Revised Code of Conduct.
3. Election of parish representatives to serve on the South Downs National Park Authority
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has determined that the South Downs National Park Authority shall include six parish members: two each from the areas comprising:
a) East Sussex and Brighton & Hove
b) Hampshire, Portsmouth and Southampton and
c) West Sussex.
Rodmell Parish Council will consider the CV statements of the candidates (for East Sussex, Brighton and Hove) and vote for two of them.
