The Dicklands

Rodmell has a number of outcrops of council housing, built to provide decent accomodation for land workers. What these particular houses may lack in beauty they make up for in their honesty. Well-built for local heros after the second world war, they still provide affordable housing for local people (and new-comers like me).

The green provides a welcome open space that local kids use for a kick about or frisbee throw.
